Senior Architectural Designer
For Andrii, architecture and design are not just a profession but a passion that fuels his creativity. He begins by understanding his clients’ visions, which allows him to create designs that meet their functional needs while reflecting their personal perspectives.
Nature and sustainability have always been a source of inspiration for him. He believes that buildings should perform well while fitting organically into their surroundings. By utilizing natural materials and crafting spaces that harmonize with the environment, he creates structures that evoke aesthetic pleasure and foster a sense of comfort.

Designer
Yulia is a highly professional interior designer and a talented CG artist. She transforms indoor spaces into functional, safe, and beautiful environments by assessing space requirements and selecting essential and decorative elements such as colors, lighting, and materials. Using the latest technology and 3D Max, she brings her designs to life through stunning 3D visualizations.
Shahir Puthiya Veetil Ubaidu
Senior Design Manager
Shahir has over a decade of experience in the UAE. He provides essential technical support for most of our capital projects, leveraging his engineering expertise in specification, design, and construction. He ensures that all projects align with specific requirements, industry standards, and regulatory codes.
